He is survived by: his wife Angela Mounger; his sons, Brian Fairchilds and Preston Fairchilds; his grandson Spencer Fairchilds; his siblings, Kathy Mann (Larry) and Wayne Fairchilds (Linda) of Checotah; his siblings' children, Becky, Danny, Dustin and Jeff; Joye Lane.
