He is survived by: his siblings, Terrell Carter of Wichita, KS, Angeline Brooks (David) of Checotah, Evelyn Carter of Wichita, KS, Troy Carter of McAlester, OK and Lena Carter of Checotah; his daughter Rinata Brown; his grandchildren, Kalia Adams of Topeka, KS., Aalicia Brown of Topeka, KS. and Davyion Adams of Topeka, KS.; his aunt Viola Ross of Checotah; and his wife Michele of Miami, FL.
