He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jervis and Callie Jervis (Griffin); his wife Medra Joyce Stewart Jervis; and his sisters, Violet, Bernice, Ivon and Pauline.
He is survived by: his children, Gerald Jervis (Helen) of Chickasha, George Jervis (Melanie) of Chickasha and Laura Creekbaum (Gary) of Checotah; and his sister Marie Elliott of Odessa, TX. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 13 great-great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
