James Winkle Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Winkle of Checotah, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 22, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Winkle and Clova Winkle (King); and his siblings, Louann Storm and Dale Winkle. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Angie Shockley (Jason Hall) of Mead, Kansas and Chris Winkle (Candy) of Checotah; his sister Nona Coleman of Checotah; his grandchildren, Hayden, Hayley (Tucker), Amanda (Joshua), Amber, Dalton and Audria; his great grandchildren, Madison, Dylan, Ethan, Angel, Nellie, Charley, Haven, Brelynn, Kymber and Cecilee; and his daughter-in-law Mitzi Winkle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
