It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmie Curtis of Checotah, Oklahoma, born in McAlester, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 5, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Curtis and Doris Curtis; his siblings, Stanley Curtis and Della Curtis; his daughter LaWanna Curtis; his grandson Joshua Mobbs; and his nephew Clendon Curtis.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Curtis; his children, Joe Curtis (Amber), Stan Curtis (Sandy) and Shannon Bollinger; and his sister-in-law Sally Curtis. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
