She was predeceased by: her parents, Tishie Ophelia Fannin (Howell) and Edgar L. Fannin; her daughter Shelley Dawn Cole; and her grandson Clem Cody Cole. She is survived by: her husband Cecil Russell of Checotah; her son Steve Russell (Sharro) of Checotah; her grandchildren, Stevie Lynn Sides (Brent) of Euless and Checotah Wade Cole of Hartshorne; her great grandchildren, Aries Jo Cole and Shelley Rae Cole; her brother Clovis Fannin of Stuart; and her niece Brenda Stills of McAlester. She is also survived by nephews; and other family members and friends.
