She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sparks and Lula Mae Howell Sparks; her husband Paul B. Hamm; her siblings, Wanda Sims (Bud) and Joe Sparks (Mary); her son-in-law Dusty Duvall, Sr.; and her great grandchild Gideon Hamm.
She is survived by: her children, Harley Hamm (Shirley) of Checotah, Irene Morton of Checotah, Jimmy Hamm (Vickie) of Checotah and Paul Hamm, Jr. of Checotah; and her grandchildren, Dusty Duvall (Melinda), Billy Pippin, Harley Hamm, Jr., Lance Hamm (Brandi), Cindy West, Rusty Hamm (Crystal), Casey Hamm, Jamie Parten, Sarah Hamm and Christy Delligatti.
