She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Rayner and Juanita Rayner; and her brother Michael Rayner. She is survived by: her former husband Jim Ray of Oklahoma City; her husband Homer Johnson of Checotah; her children, Andy Ray of Fort Gibson and Lisa Cole (Colby) of Muskogee; her stepsons, Brett Johnson of Checotah and Greg Johnson of Checotah; her stepgrandsons, Blake, Cody and Dalton Johnson; and her friends, Barbara Guinn, Janie Starr, Karen and Randy Dallis.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
