She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon McCray and Dovie Mae Carr Walker; her children, Scott Headrick and MaKayla Headrick; her siblings, Earnest Walker, Harold Walker, Alma Lorraine Kritikos and Verna Ruth Altebaumer; her siblings' children, Keith Walker, Tammy Pekera and Damon Walker; and her great-niece Kaitlyn Singleton.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Lee Headrick; and her children, Shawn Rose-Headrick of Tulsa, Amy Headrick of Fort Gibson and Donna Headrick (Angela) of Richland Hills, Texas. She is also survived by brothers and sisters in-law, nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
