He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Mann and Thelma Mann (Stacey); his wife Judith Ann Ott; his daughter Valarie Kay Mann; his brothers, Wesley Jr. and Larry; and his former wife Elaine Hollingshed Mann.
He is survived by: his children, Orvil Dale (Kellie) of Checotah and Shannon Lynn Mann of Checotah; and his grandchildren, Candace of Morgantown, WV, Brandi (Danny) of Broken Arrow, OK, Andrew (Jessica) of Broken Arrow, Tyler (Ashley) of Checotah, Bentlee (Maja) of Oklahoma City and Brandon of Checotah. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
