He is survived by: his wife Dixie Johnson; his children, Jimmy Johnson of Oklahoma City, Vanessa Myers of Tomball, Mike Johnson of Magnolia, Sam Johnson (Andrea) of Shawnee, Mary Martin (Brian) of Checotah, Lori Vogt (Don) of Checotah and Perry Joe Johnson, Jr. (Deanna) of Shawnee; and his son-in-law Ronny Hargrave of Navasota, Texas.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
