He is survived by: his parent Jalasca Meals Neumeyer (Jackie); his son Robert C. Neumeyer II; his father Bob Neumeyer; his stepmother Barbara Neumeyer; his grandchildren, Laura Jo and Rhylan Neumeyer; and his siblings, Joy Neumeyer Richards, Sharon Neumeyer Welch (Kelton), Kevin VanStory (Rachel), Bruce VanStory (Debbie), Shawn VanStory and Michael Neumeyer (Christine). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and uncles and aunts, extended family and many friends.
