She was predeceased by: her mother Evelyn Harper (Howe); her husband Charles Kemp; and her siblings, Dwight Harper and Rhonda Harper. She is survived by: her father William Harper of Checotah, Oklahoma; and her children, Wendy Meador (Granger) of Bartlesville, Emily Kemp of St. Louis, Leslie Ruth Bassett of Vinita, Oklahoma and Daniel Kemp (Shay) of Clarksville, Tennessee..
