She is survived by : her husband Carl Cummings; her children, Carl Gene Cummings, Jr. (Melissa Ann) of Pryor, Luke Cummings of Locust Grove, Allen Cummings of Locust Grove, Adam Cummings (Crystal) of Pryor, Alex Cummings (Lisa) of Pryor, Lillian Cummings of Pryor and Halleta Harrah (Alan) of Pryor; the father of her children Carl Cummings, Sr. of Adair; her brother Lloyd Shadley of Kingfisher; and her brother-in-law Danny Green of Anadarko. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
