He was predeceased by : his parents, Willie John and Nellie Opal Shouse (Vaughan); and his sister Judy Arlene Shouse. He is survived by : his wife Raelene; his children, Lee Ray Shouse, Jr. (Cathy), Suzanne Annette Welch (Elmer, Sr.), Scott Paul Shouse (Dana Marie), Vickie Rose Hartman, Thomas Patrick "Pat" Shouse, Peggy Reihana (Kelly), Leslie Moore Head (Ben), Angela Moore Lewis (Jim) and Robert Moore (Cindy); his sister Karen Jo Stockton (Bill); and his grandchildren, Catee Shouse Drake, Trey Shouse, Elmer Welch, Jr., Joshua, Cody, Tyrell, Jericho, Jordan Welch, Amelia Shouse Morgan, Daniel Shouse, Robbie Hartman, Suzie Reihana, Kyle Head, Hannah Lewis White, Charles Lewis, Rebecca Lewis Ross, Doug Moore and Ashlee Moore. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
