He is survived by : his children, Lisa Boyett of Cheyenne, OK, Ann Glenn of Crystal River, FL, Desiree Blackwell, Genia Swearingen and Gene Dallas Blackwell of Dallas, TX; and his brother David Blackwell (Cathy) of York, SC. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
