She is survived by: her husband Wayne Burks; her daughter Gwenda Douglas; her stepchildren, Vickie Brinlee, Steve Burks and Randy Burks; her grandchildren, Scott Douglas (Codie) and Stacy Douglas (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Kirstie Douglas (Makaylee), Taylor Douglas and Brendn Douglas (Shayla).
