He is survived by: his daughters, Martie Tamplen (James) of Colony, TX and Rachelle Burdick (Jeff) of Clarksville, TN; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Justin, Austin Burdick of Tennessee and Emily Tamplen of Colony, TX. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
