He was predeceased by : his parents, Katie B. Malone and Murrel C. Malone; his siblings, Willie D. Malone, Leon Malone, Sammy Malone, Betty Christian and Meme Corie; his nephews, Danial Malone, Jr. and Jubal McWilliams; and his niece Diane McWilliams.

He is survived by : his children, Calvin (DeeDee Malone), Chris Malone and Christyl; his grandchildren, Lana Malone, Timmy Malone, Cravin Wilkes, Kirsten, Kelisha Malone, Dominic and Lacy Malone; his former life partners, Tina Stewart of Verden and Malinda Richardson of Amber, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Elevelyn Bridges (Shorty), Gean Ross, Karen (Danny Auters), Johnny (Regina Malone) and David (Louis Malone).
