It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jewel Kathrine Davis-Owens (Chickasha, Oklahoma), who passed away on May 23, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Butler and Ezarine Butler. She is survived by: her children, William Fred and Shevel; her grandchildren, Alfonso Wallace, Somesha Pickens, Dasha Wallace, Abdulie Wallace, Muhammed Wallace, Fareal Wallace and Lorelei Paradero; her children, Shenetta Owens-Peeples, Clifford L. Darden, Kiesha Chambliss and Jaya S. Gray; her grandchild Trayce Jefferson; and her great grandchildren, Hasani, Breanna, Rihanna, Sieanna, King Dwayne Sonny and Omyla. She is also survived by other great-great-grandchildren, other family members, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses (1428 S 5th St, Chickasha, OK 73018).
