It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Billy Allen of Chouteau, Oklahoma, born in Muldrow, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 10, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Allen and Irene Allen (Johnson); his siblings, Stan Allen and Edna Morrison; his son Hank Wilson; and his granddaughter Shelley Wilson.

He is survived by : his wife Rhonda; his children, Roger Allen of Georgia, Greg Kjonegaard of Flatrock, Rusty Foster (Kris) of Salina, Brenda Latta (Jim) of Las Vegas and Shannon Wade of Pryor; and his siblings, Bo Allan (Bertha) of Louisiana, Al Allen (Sue) of Arizona, John Allen of Washington and Shirley Ferreira of California. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
