It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Taft of Chouteau, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 21, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John W. Davis and Ruby Davis (Briggs); her husbands, Joe Murphy, Jack Dillard and Carl Lewis; and her siblings, Sherman Davis, Kenneth Davis, Betty Granger and Edith McAlester.
She is survived by : her children, Shirley Gibbs of Chouteau, Phyllis Underhill of Pryor, Tammy Wilson of Catoosa, Oklahoma, Terry Murphy of Gentry, Bill Murphy of Lufkin, Rick Dillard of Drumright and Tom Dillard of Gentry, Arkansas. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
