He was predeceased by : his father George Abraham Shaffer; and his wife Cynthia Prater Shaffer. He is survived by : his mother Norma Jean Shaffer (Moyer) of Chouteau, OK; his children, Richard Wayne Shaffer, Jr. of Tulsa, OK, Lori Shaffer of Wagoner, OK and Trish Boseman of Tulsa, OK; his siblings, Larry Shaffer, Douglas Crawford and Lois Dawson; and his grandsons, Benjamin and Hunter Boseman. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
