He is survived by: his wife Jamie Slack of Claremore, OK; his daughter Beth Nason (Jeff) of Perronville, MI; his stepdaughter Heather Isaacs (Matt) of Claremore, OK; his grandchildren, Maxwell, Lily of Perronville, MI, Saige, Kaleb of Leander, TX, Eleanor and Caliger of Claremore, OK.; his nephews, David Schmidt (Amy) of Plymouth, MN and Brad Jolin (Karla) of Middleton, WI; and his niece Julie Berkhof (Deron) of Rochester, NY.
