He was predeceased by: his mother Lucille Ferguson; his adoptive parents, Doug Bailey and Mary Bailey; and his grandson Josh Levi Holstead. He is survived by: his children, Annette (Andrew Hinshaw) and Billy Don Jr.; his wife Lynda Bailey; his children, Bill (April Bailey), Stephanie Holstead (Mark Earwood) and David (Christy Bailey); his grandchildren, Hillarie Holstead, Zach, Brittany Bailey, Hannah Holstead, Andrew, Wren Bailey, Jake Holstead, Kristen Bailey, Lizy Bailey, Payton Holstead, Hope Murphy, Logan Earwood, Ramsey Hinshaw, Kale Murphy and Bella Earwood; his great grandchildren, Atlas Holstead, Kalvin, Henry and Claira Bailey; his niece Nancy Stevens; and his nephew Rick Wigginton. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
