He is survived by: his wife Linda Ayers (Amos); his son Clay Ayers (Melissa) of Claremore, OK; his grandchildren, Hannah Mendell (Phillip) and Shelby Boelen (Jarod); his great grandchild Parker Boelen; his son Curtis Ayers (Cheryl) of Verdigris, OK; his grandchildren, Kellsie and Lane; his son Camron Ayers (Jennifer) of Verdigris, OK; his grandchildren, Caleb, Corey and Cyler; his daughter Caren Ayers of Raleigh, NC; his granddaughters, Amanda Steed and Amy Brice; his great grandchild Lila Steed; and his siblings, Dot Laurence and Dale Ayers.
