He is survived by: his wife Frankie; his son Tom Winch; his wife Colleen; his grandson Curtis; and his stepchildren, Sherry Setters, Kathy Holt (Wayne), Bridgett Cagle (Rocky), Travis Setters and Fred Walton (Tina). He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
