She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenn Creighton and Lillian Creighton (Belits); her stepfather James G. McClure; her husband Gerald "Jerry" Chouinard; her son Chris Chouinard; and her sister-in-law Jan McClure.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Chouinard (Stephanie) and Shawn Chouinard (Jackie); her siblings, Terry Creighton (Annette), Bill Creighton (Carolyn), Mike McClure, Melody McClure and Lesa Zuke (John); her grandchildren, Austin, Tyler (Matthew Pittman), Cody Butler and Destiny Butler; and her great grandchildren, Ryker Houtman and Kolter Pittman. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
