He was predeceased by: his parents, Hallie Marie McMillan (Newman) and Lester McMillan; his sisters, Rosemary Kelso, Mavontine Bransletter (Kenneth) and Virginia McMillan; and his son Steve McMillan.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Maxine McMillan (Willcox); his daughter Sheri Cobern (Tim) of Canton; his daughter-in-law Sharon McMillan of Claremore; and his grandchildren, Mac McMillan (Tara) of Verdigris, Kelsey Willhite (Jeff) of Claremore, Matt Cobern (Jennifer) of Tyler, Michelle Allen (Kyle) of Canton, Brandy Shahan (Jake) of Royce City and Casie Avila (Dominic) of Canton. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
