He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelby Neal and Cuva Rutilla Neal (Williams); his wife Sue; and his son Preston. He is survived by: his daughter Shelly Sue Yates (Charles) of Chouteau; his grandchildren, Stacy Sue Yates of Chouteau, Brandon Preston Yates, Joshua Hilton Yates and Eric Dean Yates; and his cousin Mary Sue Robbins of Pryor.
