He is survived by: his wife Frankie Bartley; his sons, Rodney Bartley (Rhonda) and Roger Bartley (Tonja); his stepdaughters, Karen Mann (Rick) and Lisa Nixon; his siblings, William Bartley (Delores), Bud Bartley (Mary), Sam Bartley (Wanda), Solon Bartley (Lynette), Juelene Ryals (Arvin) and Roxie Smith (Ike); his sister-in-law Janice Bartley; his son-in-law Donald Kay (Sherry); and his grandchildren, Heather, Justin, Brannon, Kody, Chloe, Megan, Mathew, Ashley and Audrey.
