She was predeceased by : her parents, William Anthony Heider and Blanche Bernice Heider (Baughman); her husbands, William Bearden and Terry Allan Hazlewood; and her sisters, Billie Anne Welch and Sylvia Jean Heider.

She is survived by : her stepson Monte Hazlewood; and her cousins, Cheryl Koesler and Julie Durham.
