He is survived by: his wife Beverly Riddle; his mother Emma Jane Raley Harris (Mabry); his sister Sandra Jane Raley Watkins; his children, Jami Renee Raley-Presfield (Steven) and James Edward Raley, Jr. (Traci); his stepchildren, Elin VanVolkinburg, Edie Tatum (Brad) and Brian Highfill; his grandchildren, Samantha Wilson (Caleb), Tyler James Starkey (Abbie), Julia Raley and James Edward Raley, III; and his great grandchildren, Spencer Wilson and Oliver Wilson. He is also survived by 2 step-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
