He is survived by: his children, Jim Weaver (Anne) of Pryor, John Weaver (Cindy) of Pryor, Oklahoma and Ellen Broach (Walter) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
