She is survived by: her granddaughters, CoCo' and Maddie; her husband Henry O'neal Floyd; her daughters, Angela Floyd and Rachel Purcell (Brad); her granddaughters, Collette and Madeline; her siblings, John Warner of Tulsa, Ronald Warner (Verdell) of Tulsa and Shirley Warner-Beulah of Claremore; and her sister-in-law June Ellen Warner. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
