It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Howard (Claremore, Oklahoma), born in Whitefield, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 12, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Virgil. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy; his wife Ida; and his sons, Steven Howard, Gregory Howard and Jeffery Howard. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
