He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Claud Ussrey and Macy Ussrey (Goff); his wife Dorothy Jean; his former wife Twyla June of Cleveland; his siblings, Oretta "Sis", Jane of Lawton and Claud Jr. of Tulsa, Oklahoma.; his daughter Linda Howard (Robert) of Claremore, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Natalie Gorman (Lance) of Kansas City, Missouri, Thomas Howard (Annie) of Claremore and Eric Howard (Alisha) of Ada, Oklahoma.; and his great grandchildren, Savannah, James (Natalie), Julia "Eva", Emma, Elena, Nathanael "Nate", Elisea "Ellie", Erriana, Ezekiel "Zeke", Gabriel "Gabe", Michael "Ike" (Thomas), Avery and Benjamin "Ben" (Eric). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
