He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Fields and Lena Fields (Renfro); and his brother Jack Fields. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fields; his daughters, Vickie Hefner (Rusty) of Talala and Cindy Lomon of Pocola; his grandchildren, Casi Payton (Rocky) of Owasso, Derek Hefner of Owasso, Parker Johnson (Shayla) of Fort Belvoir, VA and Alli Lomon of Pocola; and his great grandchildren, Colten Fiveash, Aleena, Jordan Hefner, Sawyer Johnson and Callie Payton.
