He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Frank Foster and Susie Keener Foster; his sibling Shirley; his daughter Karen Sue Nichols (Foster); and his daughter-in-law Cindy Foster.
He is survived by: his brothers, Donald and Curtis; his sons, David Wayne Foster and Douglas Leslie Foster; his wife Catherine Foster; his grandchildren, Jacqueline Nichols, Nicole Payne (Matt), Andrea Newby (Alex), Melanie Jones (Kevin), Justin Foster and Jared (Amy); his great grandchildren, Mason Payne, Maguire Payne, Matilyn Payne, Maddox Payne, Landon Jones, Barrett Foster, Leslie Kay Jones and Colbie Grace Foster; his great great grandchild Lincoln Grae Payne; his sister Mary Warren; and his children-in-law, Don Nichols and Kandie. He is also survived by 2 cousins; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
