He is survived by: his daughter Shayla Boyd of Siloam Springs; his mother Frances Dennis of Claremore; his sisters, Peggy Bacon (Jerry) of Chouteau and Julie Stark of Chouteau; his nieces and nephews, Chris Workman, Matthew Stinnett (Misty), Elizabeth Rosebrough (Stuart), Jeremy Tibbs, Sarah Smith (Brooks), Ann Bacon and Boyd Stark (Christian); and his uncles, Lavern Johnston, Floyd Boyd, George Roberts, Tom Roberts, Betty Bateman and Elmer Roberts.
