He is survived by: his wife Janice Brown O'Brien; his son Joseph Patrick O'Brien, III (Pat); his daughter-in-law Tamara O'Brien; his granddaughters, Kaylin E. of Tulsa and Riley M. O'Brien of Tulsa; and his stepson Michael H. Zacharias of Claremore.
