It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Blackwell (Claremore, Oklahoma), who passed away on September 12, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Sessums and Ernest Sessums; her siblings, Nancy, Woodson Eugene and Jimmy Sessums; and her children, Dennis, Garry, Kathy, Douglas and Micheal Flatt (Hal Blackwell).
She is survived by: her husband Hal Blackwell; her siblings, Patsy Followell, Janie Church and David Sessums; her daughter-in-law Sharon Kay Flatt; her grandchildren, April Shanahan, Ernest, Daniel and Garry Lee Flatt; her great grandchildren, Logan, River, Ava, Kylie, Gabe and Cassandra Flatt; and also, Becca, Mary and Amber Flatt.
