He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Dixon and Mildred Louise; his siblings, Bill, Donald Kennedy and Carol Geist Johnson of McPherson, KS; his brothers-in-law, Leonard Geist and Jan Johnson of McPherson, KS; and his grandson Nathan Bradshaw.
He is survived by: his children, Anji Bradshaw (Carl) of Punta Gorda, FL, Melanie McAllister (Mike), Gregg Kennedy (Desiree) and Erwin Kennedy (Cindy); his grandchildren, Stacey Marlin Bradshaw of Las Vegas, NV, Drew Bradshaw of Stafford, VA, John F. Babbitt, Erika Babbitt Montell of Bellemont, AZ, Elissa Kennedy Pond of Inola, OK and Alex Kennedy; and his sister-in-law Eleanor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to current risks of COVID, there will not be family visitation, viewing or a funeral.
Family has requested donations be made to Wounded Warriors or Disabled American Veterans (DAV), instead of flowers.
