He was predeceased by: his parents, Othell Pruitt and Bonnie Pruitt (Woods); the mother of his children Patricia; and his grandson Zachary Ryan McGill. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kelly; his pet Tinker Bell; his children, William "Bill" Pruitt (Teresa), Bonnie McGill (Roger) and Kelly Pruitt; his grandchildren, Billie, Jami, Jessie, Patricia and Matthew; and his brother David Pruitt (Sue). He is also survived by ten great grandchildren, one great great grandson.
