She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Cook and Rancilena Cook (Dickerson); her siblings, Carl Cook, Charles Cook and Jane Leakey; her husbands, Garland Duren and Bill Warner; and her grandsons, Lanten Shelton, Cody Duren and Dustin Luke Rusco.
She is survived by: her children, Lorie Hurst of Broken Arrow, Doyle, Becky Duren of Broken Arrow, Randy Duren of Stillwater and Sheila Rusco of Claremore, Oklahoma; and her siblings, Phyllis Henderson of Tulsa, Joyce of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Larry Cook of Drumright, Oklahoma. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
