We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2020, at the age of 95, Maxine L. Carter (Claremore, Oklahoma), born in Perry, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ollie Brown and Sadie Brown (Thedford); her husband Junior Carter; and her siblings, Edith Bogart and Hubert Brown.
She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Carter (Pat) and Rusty Carter (Lisa); her grandchildren, Tara Carnes (Shawn Rice), Megan Lamb (James) and Stephen Carter (Lola); her great grandchildren, Dakota Carnes, Vincent Carter and Ellie Carter; and her siblings, Lonnie Brown (Anna) and Betty Burke (Leon). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
