She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence E. Layton and Ruth A. Layton (Atkins); her husband Richard Dale Lynch; her daughter Susan Janet Lynch; her brother Clarence Willard Layton (Wanda); and her brother-in-law Wayne Allen Lynch.
She is survived by: her son Donald; her aunt Marjorie Atkins; her cousins, Rev. Herman Udell Wolff (Nancy), John Atkins (Sandy) and Lowell Bruce Atkins (Leonor); and her sister-in-law Rosemary Lynch. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
She was an avid supporter of public education and was a founding member of the Catoosa Education Foundation.
