He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Dexter and Betty Dexter; and his grandsons, Jacob and Joshua Dexter. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Shafer; and his children, Dan Dexter (Teresa) of Inola, Michelle Robinette of Claremore, Lyn and Steve Hipp of Chelsea. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
