He was predeceased by: his parents, Tillman Kizer and Wilma Kizer (Collins); his brother Michael Kizer; and his great-nephews, Abram Lewis and Dennis of Montana.
He is survived by: his sisters, Dorothy Dennis (Jack) of Claremore, Cathy Kizer of Claremore, Ellen Yates (Lenny) of Claremore, Tina Kizer of Claremore and Peggy Griffin (Andy) of Yale; and his cousins, Rex, Jeanna Collins of Pryor and Roger Collins of Nowata. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
