She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Ray Dick and Betty Jo Dick; and her sister Brenda Kay Smalygo. She is survived by: her aunt Edna Mae; her husband Cecil Hester; her son Cecil Hester (Lesa); her great grandchild Angela Peters (Lee); her children, Jeanie Huffaker (Daniel), Keith Hester (Michele) and Scottie Hester; and her pet Rowdy. She is also survived by 10 children combined, 18 grandchildren.
Phyllis was 69 years old, lived in Collinsville, and died from Covid Pneumonia.
